At Valkyrie Sporthorses Academy , we understand the value of a quality lesson horse. This is why we have a variety of horses, all seasoned veterans, who love to help students learn. All of our horses are competitors in the show ring and scholars back at the farm. Students of all ages, stature, and ability gain confidence and advance their skill sets riding at Valkyrie .

Academy Tuition Membership start at $350/month

In addition to weekly lessons, membership includes:

2-4 unmounted horsemanship meetings monthly
Equestrian Fitness classes in our gym

Program Options:

Little Breeches Program

Perfect for ages 3-7, kids get a "leg-up" in the horse world before they are big enough to pilot a pony solo. This is a session where parent and kid learn together, and set them free with instructor when they are ready. You enjoy all the perks of being on the team with a special unmounted horsemanship class designed for the little ones.

GETTING STARTED: ONCE WEEKLY RIDING

Weekly private or group lesson plus all the perks listed above. Whether you have never met a horse, or want to brush up on some skills before joining a group, we have you covered.

IT’S GETTING SERIOUS: TWICE WEEKLY RIDING

For those looking to take their riding to the next level and feel the benefits of more hours in the saddle, our twice weekly option is the most popular. Students enjoy riding in a group for the positive community and ability to watch and learn from others. The second private lesson is an opportunity to hone skills or troubleshoot any issues from group lessons in a customized experience.
